As our ecosystem grows within Core Track teams focus on the key drivers of our business: how we acquire/match patients and how we keep them in treatment.
PM in this role will own the patients lifecycle from the first click to their long-term recovery.
Responsibilities:
- Work as a part of a product team focused on building excellent patient experience.
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion rate retention rate and other growth levers.
- Work both on optimising existing flows and building completely novel product experiences that drive further growth.
- Define how each product experience should work for our patients.
- Architect the automated logic that maximizes provider utilization. Your goal is to eliminate empty chair time while ensuring patients are matched with the right provider in minutes not days.
- Navigate the complex intersection of Growth vs. Regulation. You will integrate insurance billing carriers into the core funnel understanding exactly how a change in booking logic cascades into clinical workloads and financial reconciliation.
- Collaborate extensively with Medical Operations Support and other internal items to understand key opportunities at eliminating manual business processes through automation.
- Build product strategy and roadmap for the direction in collaboration with the team and other stakeholders.

Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as a product manager.
- At least 2 years of experience working on B2C consumer products or prosumer/SMB-focused B2B SaaS; experience working as a Core/Growth PM.
- Direct product management experience leading integration initiatives with third-party vendors.
- English level: B2 or higher preferably C1.
- Proficiency in Russian.
- Experience working as a part of a product team driving collaboration and execution of the whole team.
- Structured approach to problem-solving we focus on solving problems without introducing new ones instead.
- Experience making decisions based on data analysis and user research (incl. internal users).
