Position: HRM Specialist

主要職責

出缺勤管理負責員工的出缺勤紀錄班表安排/審核初期以紙本檔案記錄並後續轉換至系統管理
薪資與考勤數據整理協助整理薪資發放相關的考勤數據確保準確性
人事行政作業員工資料維護入離職手續資料更新
員工關係與溝通協助解決基本勞資問題確保內部運營順暢協助入職培訓
人資作業流程優化主動了解相關作業流程並提供改進建議
其他主管交辦事項

要求條件

13年人力資源管理或相關領域經驗佳
曾在複雜且多變的業務環境與業務主管合作
高度執行力細心負責享受親力親為Hands-on
具備基礎 Excel / Word / 報表整理能力
可獨立作業並能與跨部門團隊合作
熟悉勞基法能應用於出勤管理及排班作業
