As a Security Officer - Armed Driver Mobile Patrol in Saint Louis MO you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical and more. What Youll Do:
- Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal post orders access control procedures and other site-specific security-related policies including emergency response activities when appropriate.
- Conduct regular and random armed patrols of production areas warehouses utilities and perimeter fencing to help to identify unusual activity hazardous conditions and/or unauthorized entry points and report findings per site protocol.
- Respond to alarms incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner; coordinate notifications to site leadership and/or public responders as directed by post orders.
- Control entry and exit of vehicles and personnel at gates and/or checkpoints by verifying credentials checking deliveries against authorization and directing traffic flow in accordance with site rules.
- Complete detailed documentation including patrol logs incident reports and shift activity summaries; communicate updates during shift transitions and follow chain-of-command reporting requirements.
Minimum Requirements:
- Have 1 Years Armed Security/Law Enforcement/Military Experience.
- Be 21 Years of Age.
- A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Access Control/Badge Experience - preferred.
- Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
