Job Summary

Duties/Responsibilities:
Interpret blueprints specifications and work instructions to determine dimensions tolerances and setup requirements
Plan and perform machine setups including selecting punches and dies
Program and operate CNC press brake equipment to produce parts within tight tolerances
Perform first-piece inspections and make machine adjustments as needed
Conduct in-process and final inspections using appropriate measuring tools to ensure 100% quality compliance
Document inspection results and enter work order data into the MRP system using RF scanner keyboard and mouse
Troubleshoot quality issues and collaborate with engineering production control quality and management teams
Perform preventative maintenance and ensure equipment is operating efficiently
Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment in accordance with 5S and safety standards
Follow all safety procedures and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements
Complete additional duties as assigned
Preferred Skills/Abilities:
Formal CNC machining education or equivalent experience is preferred but not necessary.
Experience operating electrical pallet jacks stand-up trucks and overhead cranes preferred
Education and Experience:
A High School Diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
Physical Requirements:
Be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
Ability to stand for extended periods (810 hours per shift)
Frequent bending twisting kneeling and reaching
Repetitive hand and wrist movements
Ability to work in varying temperatures and industrial conditions (heat cold noise dust)
Required PPE must be worn at all times

Pay Transparency: Starting at $22 DOE Quarterly Bonus Opportunity
Weekly pay
Typical Shift: Monday through Friday 5:00am to 3:30pm. The regular schedule is an average of 50 hours a week.
