DT & Engineering Teacher to join a successful and well-equipped department
Full-time permanent position September start
Our client is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic DT & Engineering Teacher to join an Outstanding school in St Albans on a full-time permanent basis from September. The successful candidate will teach Design & Technology across KS3 & KS4 with a focus on Engineering and the opportunity to contribute to KS5 depending on experience.
The department is exceptionally well resourced featuring modern workshops CAD/CAM facilities industry-standard equipment and strong technical support. You will be joining a collaborative team led by an experienced Head of Department who values creativity innovation and high academic standards.
This role would suit a confident classroom practitioner who is passionate about practical learning and preparing students with real-world design and engineering skills.

Experience and Qualifications
Qualified Teacher with QTS (or equivalent)
Strong subject knowledge in Design & Technology with an Engineering specialism
