We do this by acquiring property managers across Germany and turning them into technology companies. Throughout the past two years we have become Germanys third largest property manager with less than 25 full-time members in our HQ.

If you are here for the Chief of Staff title leave now. We dont need an assistant to build slides or do strategy. We need an operator who gets their hands dirty build processes and enables us to scale. Strategy and C-Level touchpoints are the by-product of your work. This is a senior role.

What we are looking for
Native-level German (C2).
A strong desire to work in-person at the office.
Proven track record of designing and implementing effective systems of any kind (people processes).
High intellectual ability and strong interpersonal skills.
Extreme ambition to build a category-defining company.

What youll do
Spend a ton of time with our PortCo MDs in cities such as Duisburg Düren or Iffeldorf.
Integrate portfolio companies and professionalize their processes.
Scale margins while increasing revenue.
Create a scalable integration playbook for portfolio companies.
Directly lead recruitment and motivate portco teams to achieve their goals.
