A postdoctoral position is available in the Section of Experimental and Translational Immunology (xTI) Department of Health Technology (DTU Health Tech) at the Technical University of Denmark (DTU).
The position focuses on the development of nanomaterial-based biosensors for ultra-early cancer detection alongside the development of advanced nanoformulation-based cancer therapeutic strategies. The project integrates nanomaterials engineering biological validation and translational approaches to address critical challenges in cancer diagnosis and treatment. The present project will be conducted within a highly interdisciplinary research environment combining expertise in nanotechnology cancer biology immunology and translational research. The postdoctoral researcher will work with state-of-the-art experimental platforms and contribute to the development of novel diagnostic biosensors and cancer-focused nanomaterial platforms with strong potential for clinical impact.
Responsibilities
Your overall focus will be the development and evaluation of nanomaterial-based platforms for cancer therapeutics and diagnostic biosensors with validation across in vitro 3D and in vivo disease models.

Salary and terms of employment
The appointment will be based on the collective agreement with the Danish Confederation of Professional Associations. The allowance will be agreed upon with the relevant union.
