Job Summary:
Compliance/Governance/Regulatory:
- Manage company registration reporting and documentation for EPR regulations across multiple U.S. jurisdictions.
- Lead development of EPR reporting processes for packaging usage and other regulated materials.
- Lead internal data collection across business units (e.g. Commercial Operations Sustainability Finance).
- Drive action in cross-functional initiatives and the assessment of raw materials process to manage risks.
- Develop tracking systems for compliance reporting and deadlines.
- Stay current through training and global monitoring including webinars and collaboration with international sites.
Customer Quality Liaison:
- Interpret customer specifications and quality expectations clearly communicating product and process requirements to manufacturing and cross-functional teams.
- Monitor and manage customer portals surveys and questionnaires to ensure alignment with quality expectations.
- Lead collaboration between work groupssuch as production engineering procurement supply chain and qualityto address quality concerns and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Actively support customer-facing activities including site audits product category meetings and Unitas projects.
Corporate Quality:
- Manage and maintain QMS documentation serve as administrator for the corporate electronic QMS and train business units.
- Guide regulatory compliance identifying certification requirements and gaps and acting as a subject matter expert on industry standards.

Key responsibilities
- Bachelors degree and/or relevant experience
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a quality or regulatory role
- Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) such as ISO 9001 or ISO 13485
- Experience analyzing and reporting data
- Knowledge of root cause analysis corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) and problemsolving tools.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
Preferred Qualifications:
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt
- Internal auditor certification for ISO standards
- Experience with QMS software
- Previous experience with medical device manufacturing
