Role
At Beacon Credit Union youll help us live out our mission Dedicated to Our Members Financial Success. Your role includes identifying members financial needs and recommending appropriate solutions processing transactions and providing excellent service in the lobby drive-thru and over the phone.
Youll ensure a positive experience for members minimize wait times and stay knowledgeable about all our products and services. Upholding our mission and service standards with every interaction is key. Additionally youll meet and exceed monthly sales and service goals.
Knowledge and Skills
Cash handling experience.
Sales experience.
Customer service experience preferred.
Education/Certifications/LicensesHigh School Diploma and College Degree Preferred.
Valid Drivers License and ability to travel to assigned Beacon Credit Union branch.
