We are looking for an experienced project manager who thrives on making real impact on achieving outstanding results and fostering a supportive and dynamic environment for all stakeholders involved.

At Novonesis we continuously improve our food safety standards and culture to ensure that our products are safe in use and of high quality. As a project manager you will take charge of projects that strengthen the food safety culture and that set the food safety standards in direct collaboration with senior management and global stakeholders covering all production sites.

You will be part of a team responsible for product and supplier quality as well as food safety standards within Novonesis. Our team ensures compliance and the right quality levels for commercial products and raw materials in the Food & Beverage and Planetary Health industries. We value performancedifferences and inspire each other and support our stakeholders all around Novonesis in various ways to drive quality performance and mindset.

In this role youll make an impact by:

• Deliver results by taking full accountability for executing projects and programs to meet objectives timelines and budgets.
• Lead decisively by defining and implementing clear project structures based on our project framework including scope goals budgets action plans and reporting.
• Drive success by managing risks enforce deadlines and maintain focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
• Engage stakeholders by using strategic communication and influence to align stakeholders and overcome challenges.
• Foster performance by building a results-oriented culture within yourprojectteams empowering members to push boundaries and excel.

To succeed you must hold:

• Extensive experience: At least 5 years of project and/or program management experience. If this is from the food pharma or biotech industries it is seen as an advance but not a requirement.
• IPMA certified PRINCE2 certified or equivalent.
• Proven track record: Demonstrated success in managing global projects and delivering tangible results.
• Master of execution: Expertise in project management tools and methodologies with a focus on delivering outcomes.
• Master of change management: Drive change by acknowledging people as a key success factor.
• Decisive communicator: Strong clear communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders across all levelsand cultures.
• Leadership excellence: Confidence to make decisions maintain composure under pressure and provide clear direction.
