What Youll Do

As an AI Product Builder youll play a key role in transforming how we work and how our products evolve. Youll create AI automations and agent-based workflows set foundations so other teams can safely build their own agents and work cross-functionally to turn real business needs into working solutions.

This is a hands-on role for someone who likes to build ship and improve quickly. You will make a meaningful impact from day one.

• Build AI automations that deliver measurable impact: reduce manual work speed up operations improve quality and consistency.
• Analyze operational workflows to identify inefficiencies manual effort and automation opportunities.
• Design and develop AI agents for internal use and/or customer-facing product capabilities (e.g. triage support analysis decision support workflow orchestration).
• Create the agent builder foundations so other teams can build safely:
  reusable templates tools/functions prompt patterns evaluation checks logging/monitoring and deployment practices.
• Integrate AI into existing systems (APIs databases CRMs ticketing tools internal dashboards) with secure and reliable execution.
• Develop process documentation (flow diagrams automation specs runbooks) to ensure solutions can scale and be maintained.
• Partner with Product Ops Support Sales Tech and Data to translate messy needs into clear specs and shipped solutions.

What Were Looking For

• 5 years of experience in a technical field (data engineering analytics or similar).
• 1 year of hands-on experience delivering AI-driven and automation projects in production environments.
• Hands-on experience delivering LLM-powered tools (agents RAG workflow automation function calling/tool use)
• Strong builder mindset: you ship iterate and measure impact.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Strong strategic thinking and excellent communication skills
• Comfort working cross-functionally: translating messy needs into clear specs and solutions.
• English and Spanish
• Software engineering fundamentals (APIs data models testing versioning CI/CD) are a Plus
