AppsFlyers Data Collaboration Suite lets companies collaborate on data without exposing user-level information. Were not patching the old world - were creating the new one. Three products three different stages one mission: make privacy-safe data collaboration the standard.

  • DCP: First-party data collaboration without exposure. The partnerships that couldnt happen before can now. Scaling with enterprise.
  • Signal Hub: Turning privacy-constrained signals into marketing insights. Zero to one.
  • Audiences: Mature activation product hundreds of customers $XXM ARR.

We operate as a startup inside AppsFlyer. Small team. Big targets. Full P&L ownership - product engineering sales marketing. No safety net.

The Role

We need a VP Product who can be the GMs true partner on the build side. Not a roadmap manager. Not a feature prioritizer. A leader who owns outcomes across three products makes hard calls with incomplete information and ships things that change how the market works.

Youll lead a product team of Directors Senior ICs Designers and Analysts. Youll partner with the VP R&D on whats possible and the VP GTM on what sells. Youll be in the room for every strategic decision and on calls with customers who are betting their business on what we build.

What Youll Do

  • Set product strategy across three products at radically different lifecycle stages - and make the resource trade-offs between them.
  • Lead the AI transformation - from AI-powered features to products customers cant imagine using without AI.
  • Turn product insight into commercial advantage - packaging pricing and positioning that wins deals.
  • Bridge the build and sell sides - make engineering understand the market and GTM understand the product.
  • Be close enough to customers that you know what they need before they ask for it.
  • Build and develop a team that can operate without you in the room.

What Success Looks Like

  • Hit revenue targets across all three products.
  • Earned the GMs trust to own product decisions without check-ins.
  • Built a product-engineering-GTM partnership that competitors notice.
  • Shipped AI capabilities that customers reference in their board decks.

    Requirements

    Must have:

    • VP or Senior Director in B2B SaaS with full ownership of strategy roadmap and team.
    • Led a product team of 5 including senior PMs and cross-functional ICs.
    • Built products across lifecycle stages: zero-to-one scaling and mature.
    • Operated in a resource-constrained high-stakes environment where you had to fight for wins.
    • Technical fluency - you can go deep with engineers on architecture and trade-offs.
    • Executive presence - you can hold your own with customers partners and leadership.

    Nice to have:

    • Background in data privacy adtech martech or B2B platforms.
    • Familiarity with privacy-enhancing technologies (clean rooms secure computation).
    • Prior exposure to AppsFlyer as a customer partner or employee.
