So were looking for a PM who doesnt just use AI tools but thinks in AI. Someone who wakes up excited about whats newly possible and goes to sleep prototyping it. Responsibilities:
Own the Product End to End
Define prioritize and drive the storefront platform roadmap. You own the why and the what and you fight for what matters most.
Write clear product requirements user stories and acceptance criteria that engineering can actually build from. No hand waving.
Run the full product lifecycle: discovery definition development launch and iteration. Youre accountable for outcomes not just output.
Maintain a deep understanding of the e commerce funnel. You live and breathe conversion rate optimization and you know which levers actually move revenue.
Collaborate with the data team to monitor key performance metrics design experiments and make decisions grounded in evidence not gut feeling.
Supercharge It All with AI
Use AI and vibe coding to rapidly prototype ideas validate concepts and build functional proofs of concept before a single engineering sprint is planned. You dont wait for specs to be approved; you show up with a working demo.
Identify and drive AI powered product features across the customer journey from AI driven discovery and exploration to personalized recommendations smart search and dynamic content generation.
Continuously evaluate and integrate new AI capabilities into our products. Youre the person who finds the new tool on Tuesday and has it in production by Thursday.
Lead Across Teams
Work with R&D to facilitate idea to delivery with AI flows. You should be pushing PRs in no time.
Champion the integration of AI across product workflows not just in the product itself but in how we build test and iterate as a team.
Collaborate cross functionally with marketing design and business stakeholders. Translate their needs into product specs and then surprise them by shipping faster than they thought possible.
Facilitate seamless feature rollouts and integrations aligning efforts between R&D marketing and customer facing teams. Youre the glue that keeps everyone moving in the same direction.
