Job Summary

About the Role

Our client is looking for a Junior Data Analytics Specialist / Scientist who enjoys turning data into clear useful this role youll work closely with business and technical teams to build reports dashboards and datasets that help stakeholders make informed decisions.

Youll be hands-on with datafrom cleaning and transforming raw information to creating interactive Power BI dashboards and youll play a key role in improving how analytics and reporting are delivered across the organization. This position is well-suited for someone who is detail-oriented curious and comfortable explaining data to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Core Data & Analytics Skills

Strong experience with Microsoft Excel including advanced analysis and data validation
Solid SQL skills and experience working with relational databases
Hands-on experience cleaning transforming and joining datasets
Understanding of data standards and dimensional data modeling
Proven experience building Power BI dashboards and interactive visualizations

Nice-to-Have Technical Experience

Exposure to statistical modeling in R including integration with Power BI
Experience with tools such as Python R Shiny SAS Cognos ArcGIS or PowerViewer
Experience developing business intelligence solutions that combine multiple data sources

Communication & Collaboration

Ability to document data requirements processes and standards clearly
Strong stakeholder engagement and consulting skills
Comfortable communicating insights to both technical and business audiences
Team-oriented organized and able to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment

Must-Have Requirements

Experience building visualizations in Microsoft Power BI
