YOUR TASKS

  • Conduct consultancy work including SACM processes reviews service maturity assessments health checks Service Improvement Plans (SIPs) and transformation projects
  • Build customer relationships by delivering at client expectations on assigned deliverables proactively identifying add on work and assisting in identifying cross sales leads
  • Carry out discovery process by gathering customers business requirements and/or assessing the maturity of the IT organization and the level of business
  • Translate customers business requirements into IT delivery including IT principles
  • Oversee specific work / tasks or process streams including ensuring ITIL aligned processes procedures and work instructions are produced to required standard and are trained upon

YOUR PROFILE

  • Proficiency in IT Asset Management Lifecycle and Configuration Management processes and efficiency in adoptions (tool agnostic and client oriented)
  • Awareness of technologies and good practices that support AMDB (HAM and SAM) and/or CMDB (incl. CSDM) solutions integrations including auto-discovery tooling
  • Understanding of functionalities of at least one ITSM CMDB solution (ServiceNow BMC Remedy etc.) and ability to explain and recommend platform capabilities/structures to maximize value of delivered service
  • Strong planning and analytical skills to evaluate the criticality of information/data collected from multiple sources reconcile conflicts decompose high-level information into details (MS Excel Project Visio skills as a plus)
  • Presentation and workshops facilitation skills ability to provide training to clients and internal team members
  • Willingness to work with new technologies and to acquire new skills e.g. Now Platform latest modules and plugins ServiceNow Discovery Agile Development SCCM Blazent JIRA
  • Excellent command of the English language and experience in communication across all levels of an IT organization at the most senior level

Nice to have:

  • Experience with ServiceNow products/features like (not limited to) Discovery Service Mapping CI Class Manager CMDB Health IRE De-duplication Reporting Permission Modelling
  • ServiceNow micro certifications CSA or CIS certificates
  • Hands-on experience in deployment configuration or administration of the ServiceNow platform familiarity with system automations table topology and integration architecture
  • Familiarity with Service Integration ecosystem specifics
