Job Summary

Job description:

10-15 years of experience as Business Analyst/Functional Consultant/Investment Servicing Operations

Strong professional experience in Financial Services industry with good proficiency in Investment Products especially related to Private Markets

Knowledge of different deal trade lifecycle events (fund raising commitment flows distribution) for private markets and related data elements

Exposure to at least one or more asset classes (private equity private credit/debt hedge funds real estate synthetic derivatives etc.) and strong familiarity with ecosystem players product structures statements etc.

Demonstrate good acumen in fund accounting specially with respect to alternative investment funds. Hands-on working knowledge on platforms like Investran Geneva Allvue is a big plus

Solid work experience on Portfolio performance measurement metrics and attribution analysis (i.e. absolute and relative portfolio performance to factors including security selection asset allocation currency etc.)

Create custom benchmarks and conduct peer comparison benchmarking analysis as well as Risk analysis

Validate reconcile investigate & resolve any discrepancies in performance calculations and methodologies used

Know-how of algebraic data modeling and foundational understanding of ML/statistical modeling techniques

Knowledge of GIPS standard

Know-how about regulatory and investor reporting compliance requirements for US markets

Exposure working on market leading Alts performance data providers (SS Alpha Evestment Bloomberg Eikon Factset Morningstar Direct etc.) will be of significant advantage

Strong Analytical Skills & problem-solving skills

Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations

Excellent planning organizational and time management skills

Should be proficient with BA role and responsibilities like creating BRD FRD writing use cases process flows and other deliverables. Should also have experience in managing E2E implementation (Agile/Waterfall) and translating requirements into feature function capability

Ability to multitask and meet established deadlines in a dynamic work environment by working independently or as part of a team

Strong communication (written & verbal) and excellent stakeholder management skills.
