Job Summary

Title: Logistics Associate

Pay Rate: $20/hr

Employment Type: Contract - 6 months

Est. End Date: 8/2026
Schedule: Day shift- 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Location: Colorado Springs CO 80907

Tekberry is looking for a highly qualified detail-oriented and efficient Material Handler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory organizing storage areas and ensuring timely movement of materials within the warehouse or production facility. As a W2 employee you will have access to health benefits.

Responsibilities:

Receive store and distribute materials efficiently.
Verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
Operate forklifts pallet jacks and other material-handling equipment.
Maintain inventory records and conduct routine stock audits.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and workplace procedures.
Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill material requests.
Assist in packaging labeling and preparing shipments.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in warehouse or logistics operations preferred.
Ability to lift and move heavy materials safely.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.

Requirements:

Physical Ability: Ability to lift and move heavy materials safely; stamina for repetitive tasks.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with inventory management systems; experience using forklifts pallet jacks and other material-handling equipment.
Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail; ability to maintain accurate inventory records.
Communication & Teamwork: Ability to coordinate with internal departments; effective communication skills.
Safety Awareness: Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and best practices.
