Summary:

Oversee a diverse portfolio of projects including Non-Recurring Engineering (NRE) efforts.
Lead all phases of the project lifecycle including initiation planning execution monitoring and controlling and closure.
Apply expertise across the 10 Project Management Knowledge Areas: Integration Scope Schedule Cost Quality Resource Communications Risk Procurement and Stakeholder Management.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation; conduct management and customer reviews.
Develop manage and maintain detailed project schedules.
Utilize Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) to monitor and measure project performance.
Build strong relationships with Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and facilitate team discussions as needed.
Prioritize delegate and track tasks and action items to ensure successful project completion.
Apply risk management tools to identify and manage risks issues and opportunities.
Develop and execute project plans aligned with objectives defined by project owners and key stakeholders.

Requirements:

Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology) Computer Science Data Science Mathematics Physics Chemistry or non-U.S. equivalent directly related to the work statement.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
2 years of experience presenting summarized project status issues and recommended actions to management and customers.
2 years of experience collaborating with cross-functional teams within Boeing and with external partners.
Experience collecting data developing performance metrics and conducting trend analysis.
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).

Preferred Qualifications:

5 years of experience collecting and analyzing data from multiple sources and presenting analysis and recommendations to management.
5 years of experience partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and strategic initiatives.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (SharePoint Word Excel PowerPoint) and Microsoft Project.
Familiarity with Risk Issue and Opportunity (RIO) Management.
Experience working in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers stakeholders peers and partners to develop collaborative plans and execute projects successfully.
Proactive solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to seek information and direction to successfully complete statements of work.
