Summary:

Project: Distribution center (DC) transition work. This involves moving inventory from the old DC to the new DC. ETW will coordinate new materials purchases and support supply and inventory planning. They will work with project teams in Japan and NA.

Responsibilities

The J30 ETW will provide critical operational support to the APLA Supply & Inventory Planning (S&IP) team as part of the J30 Program which focuses on transforming inbound DC-to-DC and inventory management processes. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth execution of transition activities including system cutovers new plant enablement () and inventory movements between distribution centers.
The individual will partner closely with Supply Planning Multinode Operations Transition Management and Marketplace Operations teams to support J30 readiness and operational stabilization.
They will lead distribution center ramp-down and ramp-up activities including inventory transfers Stock Transfer Orders (STOs) and inbound Go-Live readiness.
The role involves analyzing daily and weekly supply and inventory data to identify risks and proactively address potential issues.
The individual will manage purchase orders (POs) shipment diversions and inbound volume tracking across both legacy and new plant codes ().
Additionally they will collaborate cross-functionally to stabilize post Go-Live operations close execution gaps and maintain documentation to support knowledge transfer.

Requirements:

Must haves:

Advanced data analysis and excel skills (pivot tables Vlookup data execution heavy)
3 YOE in Supply and inventory planning
Attention to details
