Job Summary

Value Technology is seeking an experienced Ping Identity Architect to design implement and support enterprise-grade Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Ping Identity products strong federation experience and hands-on Java development skills for customization and integration. This role requires strong architectural capabilities in secure authentication authorization and identity lifecycle management.

Experience Required:

Minimum 10 years of overall experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) or related security domains
Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience working with Ping Identity solutions

Key Responsibilities

Architect design and implement enterprise IAM solutions using Ping Identity products.
Lead implementation and support of PingOne Identity components including:
PingFederate
PingOne
PingDaVinci
PingOne Verify
PingAccess (if applicable)
Configure and manage Identity Provider (IdP) and Service Provider (SP) connections for federated integrations.
Design and implement SSO federation and secure authentication frameworks.
Develop custom plug-ins adapters and integration components using Java.
Implement adaptive MFA solutions and risk-based authentication strategies.
Design and implement customer identity (CIAM) and workforce IAM solutions.
Build identity lifecycle orchestration workflows including provisioning and de-provisioning using SCIM and related standards.
Integrate Ping solutions with enterprise applications (cloud SaaS on-premise).
Ensure compliance with enterprise security policies and industry best practices.
Provide architectural guidance conduct design reviews and mentor IAM engineers.

Strong expertise in:

SAML 2.0
WS-Federation
OAuth 2.0
OpenID Connect (OIDC)
LDAP
SCIM
REST & SOAP APIs
JSON XML HTML

Hands-on experience with:

Adaptive MFA
Risk-based authentication
Identity orchestration (PingDaVinci)
Access management policies
Strong Java development experience for:
Custom authentication adapters
Policy extensions
API integrations

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in hybrid cloud environments (AWS Azure GCP).
Experience integrating IAM with enterprise applications such as Salesforce SAP Workday etc.
Strong understanding of Zero Trust architecture principles.
Experience in high-availability disaster recovery and performance optimization for IAM systems.
