We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Technician to provide professional installation programming maintenance and repair of electronic chemical dosing equipment within commercial laundry kitchen food processing and housekeeping environments.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Technician to provide professional installation programming maintenance and repair of electronic chemical dosing equipment within commercial laundry kitchen food processing and housekeeping environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain chemical dosing systems laundry equipment and industrial dish machines
- Programme laundry machines and electronic dosing units
- Conduct daily client visits and complete weekly service and sales reports
- Provide on-site client training and ensure all related administration is finalised
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Monitor sales and gross profit activities
- Assist with stock control merchandising and debtor follow-ups where required
- Provide after-hours emergency technical support when necessary
- Ensure health safety and compliance standards are upheld on client sites
Minimum Requirements:
- Qualified Electrician or Electrical Diploma (recognised institution)
- Minimum 5 years electrical experience
- Proven experience installing and maintaining laundry dosing equipment and industrial dish machines
- Valid drivers licence and reliable transport
- Intermediate MS Office proficiency
