Role Overview:

Main contact person for the In-Market Supply Chain team/affiliate & upstream supply network stakeholders.

Manages the supply network planning for their assigned portfolio and is responsible for the Order to Invoice (OTI) management from time of intercompany sales order receipt to invoice creation taking into consideration all internal and external requirements.

This individual will work in a highly dynamic and international environment with multiple connections within and outside geography and across different levels with high exposure.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Own the OrdertoInvoice (OTI) process for the Innovative Medicine Finished Goods portfolio across assigned countries and customers ensuring excellence in execution.

  • Lead Supply Network Planning activities including demand coverage monitoring proactive risk mitigation to avoid stockouts inventory allocation based on market needs and full adherence to the weekly net requirements validation cycle.

  • Ensure timely replenishment of customer inventory levels by managing net requirements and coordinating product availability with upstream and downstream stakeholders.

  • Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for manufacturing sites overseeing production followup and ensuring timely completion against order due dates.

  • Trigger and coordinate shipment execution once products are available partnering with Distribution Centers Deliver and 4PL based on defined Incoterms routes transport modes and shipping/document guidelines.

  • Manage and maintain Master Data ensuring accurate setup of customer master data and all relevant planning parameters for assigned shipping locations.

  • Collaborate closely with Deliver and Global Transport to optimize processes drive efficiencies and identify opportunities for cost reduction and service improvement.

  • Manage key metrics and performance indicators including stockouts SLOB reduction OTIF Customer Satisfaction Index and SOX compliance across monthend closing and audit processes.

  • Ensure adherence to the Global (SOX) Compliance processes time frames and calendars for month end closing and reporting

  • Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders including InMarket Supply Chain Compliance Finance Supply Planning Commercial Regulatory Deliver QA and others to drive continuous improvement standardization and process optimization.

  • Maintain transparent proactive communication and foster strong relationships across the network to ensure issues are resolved tactically and efficiently.

  • Collaborate effectively with manufacturing sites and distribution centers to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.

  • Artwork & ShelfLife planning: Ensure that only approved and compliant artwork is used for all shipments by rigorously following the BOM/FID process. Verify that released batches meet countryspecific shelflife requirements before shipment. Proactively coordinate with Supply Planning Regulatory Affairs and manufacturing partners to anticipate changes resolve artwork or shelflife constraints and mitigate any risks that could impact supply continuity.

Experience Required:

  • Years of experience: Minimum of 3 years.

  • Education: Bachelors degree in business or equivalent.

  • Industry experience: Experience in healthcare or other regulatorydependent sectors is desirable.

  • Global / matrix environment experience: Proven experience working within global functions and matrix organizations.

  • Technical skills: Proficiency in Excel. Knowledge of SAP OMP or other Microsoft Office applications is an advantage.

  • Stakeholder collaboration: Strong ability to build and maintain effective partnerships with internal and external senior stakeholders.

  • Strategic and influential mindset: Demonstrated success in roles requiring strategic thinking orchestration and influence across multiple functions.
