Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) Multiple California Locations

This position is reserved exclusively for licensed Physical Therapists (PTs). If you are not a PT please do not apply.

Relient Health is seeking licensed Physical Therapists (PTs) for full-time in-person opportunities within established rehabilitation departments across California. These are full-time direct-hire permanent placement PT positions (not travel not contract not PRN).

Our openings include opportunities in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) acute care hospitals inpatient rehab facilities (IRF) outpatient clinics and home health settings depending on the specific location.

Current PT openings available in:

Atwater Carmichael Fresno Hayward Lompoc Los Angeles Pleasant Hill Reseda Riverside San Jose San Rafael and additional California markets.

Licensed California Physical Therapists

This role is specific to licensed Physical Therapists working within a rehabilitation department.
This is not a CNA nursing assistant medical assistant or therapy aide position.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation varies across California regions and settings.
Most full-time PT opportunities typically fall within the mid$40s to high$60s/hr depending on location facility type and experience.

Clinical Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide skilled physical therapy services in a skilled nursing hospital/acute inpatient rehab (IRF) outpatient or home health environment
Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehab and nursing/medical teams
Supervise and partner with Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs)
Document care in EMR systems per state federal and facility standards
Promote functional independence safety and quality of life

Required Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program
Active California PT license or eligibility/pending licensure
Ability to work full-time in one of the listed California markets
Authorized to work in the United States
