YOUR TASKS
Insurance Domain Expertise
Must have deep understanding ofinsurance processes across:Policy lifecycle / Claims management / Billing operations
Requirements Gathering
Must be proficient ineliciting functional requirements from Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
Able to translate business needs into clear actionable documentation.
Process Modeling & Documentation
Must be capable ofdrawing process flows and providing clear descriptions for all stakeholders.
Ensures alignment and transparency across teams.
Stakeholder Communication
Must effectivelycommunicate with stakeholders and present data insights.
Able to build and deliverengaging presentations tailored to business and technical audiences.
Technical Awareness (Good to Have)
Understanding ofintegration mechanisms and data transformation processes.
Familiarity with tools such asPostman and SoapUI.
Testing Knowledge (Nice to Have)
Awareness oftesting standards and ability to support or conduct testing activities.
Underwriting Knowledge (Nice to Have)
Understanding ofunderwriting processes and their impact on policy and risk management.
TECH & TOOLS YOULL WORK WITH
Project Management: JIRA Confluence DevOps
API Documentation & Testing: Postman (or similar) (good to have)
CRM & Insurance Platforms: Experience with Salesforce Guidewire or other insurance CRM solutions (good to have)
YOUR PROFILE
- 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance industry (P&C life health or reinsurance)
- Strong knowledge of insurance products policy management claims and underwriting processes
- Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum SAFe)
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence for backlog management and documentation
- Ability to read and understand API documentation (Postman) and work with developers on integrations
- Excellent communication skills in English (German or French - good to have)
- Strong analytical mindset and experience working in global cross-functional teams.
