How we handle open applications
We go through open applications weekly so if an opportunity arises we will contact you soon. We also check the open applications whenever we have a new job opening. Heres what you can expect if we see a potential match between you and Capgemini
Step 1: Well reach out to invite you to the interview phase (typically 2-3 rounds)
Step 2: Youll meet your potential team lead (and in some cases other consultants from Capgemini)
Step 3: The recruitment process includes personality and logical assesment tests followed by a feedback session
Step 4: If everything alignes well proceed with background checks and move to the offer stage
Step 5: Hopefully well sign a contract and officially welcome you to the team!
