Role Responsibilities
As a Retail Specialist you would ensure Western Union Money Transfer services and products are delivered at best-in-class service quality across retail locations and Sub-Agents of Western Union Global Network. You will also implement new processes to automate service improve cost-effectiveness and address service issues with the help of the Operations team. Other key responsibilities include:
You will work as a coordinator with internal and external stakeholders for theretailinitiatives to bring more traffic to the branches. Responsible to managing individual contributors at branches.
Achieve Transaction numbers for location in Singapore by working hand in hand with Marketing teams and other stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Product and Compliance.
Role Requirements
Must have a working experience of 3 years in the remittance/banking and fintech industries.
Has bachelors degree or equivalent with experience of 3 years in management and advantage to have property rental pricing knowledge.
Provide market information on the locations with good traffic for business.
Negotiate lease renewals and scout for potential locations which support Cost reduction initiatives.
Coordinate launch campaigns and promotions for locations. To provide the Country Head with market information on competition.
Able to be on hybrid working set-up and flexible working schedule including weekends (e.g. Sunday). The role also requires you to travel within Singapore for new business ventures and client management.
Exhibit good communication and presentation skills. Knowledgeable in MS Office and technology related tools.
