Job Summary
Duties & Responsibilities
Answer all incoming calls promptly and professionally (within 5 rings / 20 seconds)Transfer calls accurately to the correct departments or and relay detailed messages via email or Teams when employees are with dialling and transferring international an updated list of staff extensions new joiners leavers and emergency other departments with reasonable ad hoc tasks as requiredEnsure compliance with TFS House Rules and SHEQ standards (ISO 9001 ISO 14001 & ISO 18001).
