Job Summary
Base Pay: $20 per hour
Schedule: 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM Monday through Sunday (consistent daily hours available)

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Home Health Aides to provide one on one care for a client in Colts Neck. This position offers consistent morning hours every day of the week with the flexibility to work part time or build toward a full schedule based on your availability.
This is an excellent opportunity for caregivers who value consistency meaningful client relationships and the ability to make a real impact through personalized care.
What You Will Do
Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities
Support the clients morning routine comfort and safety
Assist with mobility transfers and personal care needs
Follow an individualized care plan and monitor for changes in condition
Maintain a clean respectful and supportive care environment
Communicate effectively with BAYADAs clinical and office teams
What We Are Looking For
Active New Jersey Home Health Aide certification
Availability for shifts from 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM on one or more days per week
Reliable punctual and committed to consistent care
Compassionate and patient focused approach
Experience with personal care or willingness to learn with training
