Description: The Arnold Group is seeking an experienced Machine Operator III to join a growing manufacturing team in Emporia. This senior-level role involves complex machine setups CNC program writing and editing and supporting multiple machine cells. This position also serves as a technical resource for other operators to help maximize production efficiency and maintain high quality standards.
Job Requirements:
10 years of CNC setup and operation experience
CNC programming and editing experience required
Ability to perform complex tooling alignments and adjustments
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Advanced blueprint reading and inspection skills
Leadership ability and willingness to assist other operators
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Shift/Schedule: MondayThursday 5:00am to 3:30pm (1st Shift) or MondayThursday 3:30pm to 2:00am (2nd Shift). Some overtime may be required.
