Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $84000 to $95000
Health insurance with employee cost of $48.86 bi-weekly

Responsibilities
Provide leadership coaching and daily direction to supervisors trainers nurses and medical assistants
Build an engaged team culture focused on accountability performance and consistency
Coordinate clinic operations and staffing workflows to maintain efficient patient throughput
Collaborate with clinical leadership to develop and implement policies procedures and care standards
Manage departmental resources including budgeting inventory and equipment planning
Maintain compliance with HIPAA OSHA PCMH and applicable regulatory requirements
