- Design and implement a long-term hiring strategy aligned with business growth plans.

- Develop talent personas and sourcing segmentation models.
- Lead full recruitment lifecycle from attraction to offer acceptance.
- Ensure efficient hiring funnel management and candidate experience excellence.
- Standardize interview processes evaluation frameworks and decision guidelines.
- Monitor pipeline health and proactively resolve hiring bottlenecks.
- Build a strong employer brand presence across digital platforms.

- Develop talent communities and passive candidate pipelines.
- Configure and optimize ATS workflows automation reporting and integrations.

- Ensure accurate candidate database management and reporting integrity.
- Implement automation for communication scheduling and offer generation.
- Manage recruitment agencies sourcing partners and assessment providers.
- Negotiate contracts and service quality expectations.
- Build partnerships with universities training institutes and talent networks.
- Design competitive offer strategies aligned with market benchmarks.
- Support negotiation and closing strategy for critical hires.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors degree in business administration or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Leadership
- Proven experience hiring across technical and specialized roles
- Experience building recruitment strategy and employer branding
- Strong negotiation stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Experience implementing or managing ATS platforms
