Job Summary
Production Associate
Tupelo MS
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday Friday 6:00 AM 2:30 PM ( Depending on department)
Work Location: In Person
Position Summary
We are currently seeking dependable and hardworking Production Associates to join our manufacturing team in Tupelo MS. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable performing physically demanding tasks while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform consistent heavy lifting throughout the shift
- Operate equipment and handle materials with strong hand-eye coordination
- Stand for extended periods (up to 10 hours as needed)
- Maintain productivity in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
- Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures
- Meet daily production goals and quality expectations
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift heavy materials regularly
- Ability to stand bend twist and move for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a production/manufacturing environment
