As Embedded Software Engineer in Capgemini you will design develop and deliver high-quality embedded software solutions for automotive Electronic Control Units (ECUs) applying Automotive SPICE (ASPICE) best practices across the full software development lifecycle for an automotive project in Querétaro.

Your Role

• Develop and integrate embedded software components in C/C for automotive ECUs and advanced systems (ADAS Park Assist Instrument Clusters Vision Systems).
• Analyze software requirements and define architecture and design in compliance with ASPICE standards.
• Perform bench integration and system testing; support unit and module-level validation activities.
• Diagnose and resolve software issues in development production and customer environments.
• Collaborate closely with customers and global teams to ensure technical alignment quality and on-time delivery.

Your Profile

• Solid experience in embedded software development using C or C preferably in automotive environments.
• Knowledge of AUTOSAR (BSW and application layer) and automotive communication protocols (CAN LIN Ethernet UDS).
• Hands-on experience with GIT and requirements management tools such as IBM Rational DOORS.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills in cross-functional settings.
• Bachelors degree in Electronics Electrical Computer Engineering or a related field.
• You should be living in Querétaro or willing to relocate: this is an on-site position on a hybrid scheme.

Nice to have: Experience with AUTOSAR configuration tools (EB Tresos Vector DaVinci) Embedded Linux/Yocto QNX or Hypervisor environments.
