As a Business Lead you take full end-to-end responsibility for Tech Product Data and AI due diligence engagements as well as AI transformation programs.
You operate as a trusted advisor to investors and C-level stakeholders shaping how technology translates into investment logic and enterprise value.
Your Mandate
End-to-End Deal & Due Diligence Leadership
- You lead buy- and sell-side Tech & AI due diligence projects.
- You structure hypotheses analytical logic and evaluation frameworks and present findings at partner and investor level with clarity and authority.
- You assess and design AI roadmaps and scalable AI use cases.
- You advise on AI governance cybersecurity exposure technical debt platform scalability and long-term architecture resilience. You partner with our strong team of developers to build AI use case MVPs and ultimately scale them within the organizations you work with.
- You identify Tech & AI value levers across portfolio companies and co-develop roadmaps.
- You use your deal context and commercial acumen to create compelling equity stories with the Tech & AI perspective.
- You lead interdisciplinary project teams manage timelines and budgets and collaborate directly with C-level executives and investment professionals.
- You mentor junior colleagues and elevate analytical and technological rigor across engagements.
- You actively shape and expand DevelopXs Tech & AI Due Diligence offering contributing to market positioning whitepapers industry analyses and service innovation.
What We Expect
- 510 Years in High-Performance Environments
Experience in Technology Consulting AI/Data Advisory Transaction Advisory Digital Strategy or Private Equity-related environments with exposure to M&A processes. - Deep Technology & AI Expertise
Strong understanding of software architectures cloud environments data platforms AI/ML approaches automation frameworks and product scalability dynamics. - Investment & Deal Acumen
Clear understanding of how technological robustness AI leverage and platform scalability influence valuation risk pricing and exit optionality. - Leadership & Ownership
Proven ability to independently lead complex projects structure ambiguity and develop high-performing teams. - Executive Communication
Confident presence in front of C-level stakeholders and investors. Structured precise and commercially sharp. - Academic Background
Strong academic track record in Computer Science Engineering Business Data Science or a comparable discipline. Additional qualifications are a plus.
Fluent in German and English.
