Coordinating interviews (video calls phone interviews and on-site meetings) in close alignment with recruiters and hiring teams
Acting as the first point of contact for candidates regarding scheduling questions and ensuring a positive experience from the very beginning
Supporting the maintenance of the applicant tracking system (ATS) and contributing to making scheduling workflows more efficient
Assisting in the creation of creative employer branding content and actively contributing to the development of new social media formats
Bringing in own ideas based on current employer branding trends and actively contributing to new and ongoing projects
Coordinating various career events from digital formats and in-house workshops to career fairs including planning execution and follow-up
Qualifications :
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business administration marketing communication media social sciences psychology human resources or a related field
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple schedules and keep track of details
Strong communication skills with a service-oriented and friendly approach and confidence in written and verbal communication in German and English
High level of reliability and a conscientious discreet approach to handling sensitive data
Hands-on mindset with a proactive approach to tasks
Interest in employer branding topics and motivation to actively support the team in projects
Strong sense for language storytelling and audience-oriented communication
High affinity for marketing and current trends on platforms such as LinkedIn Instagram and TikTok
