Job Summary

Role: CRM Application Manager / Functional Consultant - Dynamics 365 Sales & Marketing (m/f/d)

For one of our clients we are looking for a CRM Application Manager / Functional Consultant - Dynamics 365 Sales & Marketing (m/f/d).

Your responsibilities:

Analyze design and optimize business processes within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across standard modules
Translate business requirements into actionable concepts user stories and technical specifications
Develop process documentation guidelines and specifications for the ERP development team
Configure Business Central features (e.g. workflows role concepts) in coordination with the ERP team
Support ERP rollouts at national and international sites
Monitor support tickets prioritize issues and perform analysis in collaboration with ERP teams key users and external partners
Oversee interface monitoring (e.g. EDI scanners CAD) and escalate issues as needed
Serve as a point of contact for key users and departments regarding all Business Central topics
Support data migrations master data quality initiatives and integration tasks
Provide user training and develop best practices process standards and documentation

We are looking for:

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ideally across multiple modules
Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes in industrial or operational environments (e.g. order processing production warehouse logistics)
Experience in ERP projects rollouts or migration initiatives
Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to process work
Advantageous: experience with interfaces (API EDI) Microsoft Power Platform or BC add-ons
Excellent communication skills ability to work independently and strong problem-solving capabilities
Proficiency in German and English
