Job Summary

Role: CRM Application Manager / Functional Consultant - Dynamics 365 Sales & Marketing (m/f/d)

For one of our clients we are looking for a CRM Application Manager / Functional Consultant - Dynamics 365 Sales & Marketing (m/f/d).

Your responsibilities:

  • Analyze design and optimize business processes within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across standard modules

  • Translate business requirements into actionable concepts user stories and technical specifications

  • Develop process documentation guidelines and specifications for the ERP development team

  • Configure Business Central features (e.g. workflows role concepts) in coordination with the ERP team

  • Support ERP rollouts at national and international sites

  • Monitor support tickets prioritize issues and perform analysis in collaboration with ERP teams key users and external partners

  • Oversee interface monitoring (e.g. EDI scanners CAD) and escalate issues as needed

  • Serve as a point of contact for key users and departments regarding all Business Central topics

  • Support data migrations master data quality initiatives and integration tasks

  • Provide user training and develop best practices process standards and documentation

We are looking for:

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ideally across multiple modules

  • Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes in industrial or operational environments (e.g. order processing production warehouse logistics)

  • Experience in ERP projects rollouts or migration initiatives

  • Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to process work

  • Advantageous: experience with interfaces (API EDI) Microsoft Power Platform or BC add-ons

  • Excellent communication skills ability to work independently and strong problem-solving capabilities

  • Proficiency in German and English
