Zen Strategics a Titan Technologies company is seeking an experienced Controlled Information Project Analyst to support the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). As a member of our team you will collaborate on the HUD Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and Classified National Security Information (CNSI). This role is vital for maintaining compliance with department information.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct reviews and analysis of the Controlled Information program to include review and analysis of Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and Classified National Security Information (CNSI) categories and applicable statutes regulations and policies.
- Evaluate and provide recommendations to integrate or improve program/project objectives.
- Identify and develop methods plans and documentation to streamline operating procedures reports forms and systems to improve operations.
- Support development of policies procedural documentation automated forms and other deliverables in support of executing decisions.
- Assist with program analysis and review documenting performance measures and related processes.
- Assist with the development and routine technical review and update of the Controlled Information (CI) Self-Inspection maturity model CI Handbook and Incident Management Plan.
- Provide CI subject matter expertise in designated meetings and draft summaries decision points and take-away actions for the project lead.
- Provide program management input for presentation to CI stakeholders and management officials.
- Review coordinate develop and analyze all CI program information and materials
- Develop and provide in-person CI training and education.
- Work with learning management section in the maintenance of CI training on-line and in-person course materials.
- Draft CI communications to include correspondence newsletters briefings reports policies and guidance products.
- Assist with drafting CI program communications including correspondence newsletters briefings reports policies and guidance products.
- Provide input to the project manager for weekly reports summarizing CI related tasks/activities/deliverables along with associated deadlines and progress status. File reports in designated record keeping location.
You MUST have:
- 3-5 years of experience working as Project Analyst
- 3 years of experience with the Federal Government
- Thorough understanding of Classification of Information in the Federal Government
- Ability to get and maintain Public Trust Security Clearance or Existing Public Trust Clearance preferred
