Position: ABL - ICM Varicent Consultant

What youll do
- Collaborate with the team to understand client requirements.
- Support the preparation and setup needed for optimal Varicent ICM implementation.
- Provide strategic guidance on the use of Varicent ICM and related technologies.
- Implement enhancements new developments and change controls in Varicent/ICM.
- Handle support tickets and document solutions and troubleshooting outcomes.
What youll bring:
- Participation in at least one Varicent/ICM implementation.
- Experience administering designing and developing Varicent/ICM models and databases.
- Handson experience with SQL databases (SQL Server MySQL PostgreSQL).
- Experience using API management tools (Postman).
- Experience working with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
