As a Security Officer - Patrol Rounds in West Memphis AR you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a chemical and petrochemical location you will monitor and patrol assigned areas conduct routine rounds and stay highly visible to help discourage security-related incidents. You will document observations support access control and communicate clearly with on-site teams while delivering outstanding customer service. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures location-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas tank farms loading and unloading zones offices and perimeter points to help identify suspicious activity hazards and policy violations.
• Monitor access control points by verifying identification managing visitor and contractor entry and directing traffic and/or deliveries in accordance with site requirements.
• Respond to alarms incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner coordinating with site contacts and local emergency services as directed.
• Complete routine reports and logs document incidents and unusual activity and communicate important updates to supervisors and site management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.

• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
