General Manager 4* International Business Hotel Brand Metro Manila Philippines
A 4* international business hotel brand is looking for a General Manager for a property in Metro Manila . The successful candidate will oversee the day to day overall operations of the property ensuring profitability and compliance to quality brand standards.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or any business related course
Ten (10) years of progressive working experience in the hospitality industry
Three (3) years of which is in a General Manager or Resident Manager role
Experience working in hotel properties with business leisure and service residences amenities
Excellent management and leadership skills
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
Willingness to be based in any location in the Philippines there is a possibility of movement in the hotel group
Open to all nationalities preferably already in the Philippines and/or with a valid work permit in the Philippines
