Sales Policy Management Program Manager
The Sales Policy Management (SPM) team is responsible for developing sales policies that enable business growth and uphold ethical customer-centric selling practices.
The Program Manager will oversee the design implementation and enforcement of sales policies specifically related to LinkedIn Sales and Talent Solutions.
It offers an exciting opportunity to join a global team and act as a partner and advisor to senior leaders at LinkedIn ranging across sales operations finance compensation and other cross-functional teams. The Program Managers leadership on tactical & operational initiatives will help influence the growth trajectory of LinkedIns SaaS businesses.
Responsibilities
The Program Manager will contribute to the design implementation and enforcement of sales policies and workflows specifically related to LinkedIn Sales and Talent Solutions. The Program Manager will also be responsible for the end-to-end resolution of sales disputes which requires a full understanding of the sales cycle and the crediting workflows.
In addition to driving the enforcement of policies the Program Manager will also drive strategic projects by partnering with cross-functional teams to enhance sales policies. Projects may focus on but will not be limited to: driving revenue growth partnering cross-functionally to enhance and scale operational workflows driving adoption of change management initiatives globally and providing recommendations to enhance training and 5 years of work experience in sales operations compensation strategy pricing or commercial operation to the Fields.
This position reports to the Senior Manager Sales Policy Management.
Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications:
5 years of work experience in management consulting operations policy compliance legal or sales teams or related experience
BA or BS degree or equivalent work experience
Preferred Qualifications:

Strong executive presence and experience working with senior leadership
Strong attention to detail ability to understand nuanced situations and reach thoughtful evidence-based decisions

Experience working in high-growth performance focused environments

The pay range for this role is $93000 to $150000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate including but not limited to skill set depth of experience certifications and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
