Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to ensure product quality SOP adherence and smooth workflow across the Hot Preparation area
- Lead SAT2 meetings and coordinate actions with crossfunctional teams to resolve production issues quickly.
- Oversee manpower allocation monitor inventory and support execution of production plans.
- Work with the engineering & maintenance team to minimize downtime and address equipment failures.
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and company procedures.
- Drive continuous improvement efforts to reduce scrap & rework
- Lead safety practices conduct accident investigations and develop operator skills through structured training.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Manufacturing Industrial Technology or a related field (Diploma with strong experience considered).
- Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in production manufacturing or process operations; leadership experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes quality systems and safety regulations.
- Experience in automotive tire manufacturing rubber processing or similar industries is an advantage.
