The Real Estate Sales agent is responsible for marketing rental properties conducting viewings negotiating lease terms and closing rental agreements. He will be representing the company and maintain excellent client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & tenant prospecting
- Respond promptly to inquiries from marketing channels and properties portals
- Maintain an updated tenant database and follow up regularly.
- Clearly explain property features rental terms and community benefits.
2. Negotiation & leasing closing
- Negotiate rental price and lease terms between landlord and tenant
- Prepare booking forms and required documents
3. Reporting
- Submit weekly leasing reports to the leasing manager.
- Update daily activities and pipeline in CRM
- Follow company policies and local real estate regulations
Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree in Sales/Marketing.
- 1 to 3 years of real estate experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Presentable and professional
- Valid driving license
Additional Information :
- Previous experience in real estate or client-facing roles
- Familiarity with CRM system
