Job Summary

FLINT is seeking Overlay Operators with industrial experience for a temporary job in Sherwood Park AB starting March 2026. In this position you will enjoy a Monday to Thursday schedule with straight days or straight night shifts available (no rotation) 10-hour workdays and benefits after 300 hours worked.

This position does not include camp accommodations living out allowance or travel allowance. Therefore it is best suited for local candidates; however those willing to travel or relocate at their own expense are also encouraged to apply.

Qualifications :

Minimum 3 years experience as a labourer in an industrial setting.
Experience operating an overlay machine welding or sandblasting.
Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements:
- CSTS-2020
- WHMIS
Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.
Proficient in English both written and verbal communication required.

Additional Information :

This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
