Description
The Data Analyst II is responsible for designing and disseminating comprehensive reports with data derived from multiple sources. The Analyst will use existing data elements to create meaningful metrics and independently engage in data exploration to validate findings identify irregularities and detect trends. The Analyst will create automated reporting processes that do not require cutting & pasting. The Analyst may build data collection tools in Excel. The Analyst will use a variety of mechanisms to communicate key insights including flat reports interactive dashboards PowerPoint and oral presentations. Key competencies include advanced Excel abilities SQL and Power BI.
While this role is mostly remote we are seeking a local candidate available for occasional onsite meetings.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- writing SQL queries
- Power BI reporting
- Epic Slicer Dicer
- healthcare industry experience as a Data Analyst
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree and 0 years of experience or Associates degree and 2 years of experience
