Job Title: Physical Therapist

Position Overview
A reputable healthcare facility in Atlantis Florida is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join its rehabilitation team. The Physical Therapist will evaluate develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients restore function improve mobility relieve pain and prevent disability.
This role requires strong clinical skills excellent communication and the ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
Implement therapeutic interventions to improve strength mobility balance and functional independence.
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
Educate patients and families on treatment plans home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.
Collaborate with physicians nurses occupational therapists and other healthcare professionals.
Ensure compliance with all state federal and accreditation guidelines.
Required Qualifications
Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Florida (or eligibility for licensure).
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Masters degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Current BLS certification (if required by facility).
Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in an acute care outpatient or rehabilitation setting.
Experience with electronic medical records (EMR).
Strong commitment to patient satisfaction and quality outcomes.
