What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors at a technology and data-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities.
• Operate the dispatch function by receiving alarms service requests and incident reports; prioritize calls and coordinate response activities with on-site personnel and/or local emergency services as needed.
• Monitor access control and video systems review alarms and alerts and document observations to help support security-related operations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner providing timely notifications and detailed incident documentation.
• Complete required reports such as shift activity logs incident reports and dispatch records in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• 1 or more years of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred and may be completed post hire.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
