Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for facial cutback layering of porcelain contouring and glazing of high end anterior and posterior zirconia and restorations
- Responsible for producing the esthetics that our customers have come to expect
- Proficiency in full contour crown and bridge contouring and stain and glaze
- Ability to produce artistic esthetic and consistent high-quality porcelain and staining work
- Ability to do final quality inspection of crown and bridge cases with efficiency
- Ability to match and create custom shades and meet tight deadlines
- Operate a variety of dental laboratory tools and equipment
- Maintain clean equipment and work area
- All other duties as assigned or as otherwise required
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 3 years experience in porcelain layering contouring and finishing of highly realistic and aesthetic ceramic restorations
- Knowledge of dental lab products materials terminology and techniques
- High level of attention to detail with exceptional quality standards
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent hand/eye coordination
- Ability to utilize magnification goggles for extended periods of time
- Team player is a must with willingness to learn new responsibilities
- High School diploma or equivalent required
