The Cluster Director of People& Culture is responsible for overseeing and driving the People & Culture strategy and operations across multiple properties within the cluster. This includes talent acquisition colleague engagement performance management training and development compliance and promoting a culture of diversity inclusion and well-being. The role supports Cluster General Managers and ensures alignment with Accors vision values and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and implement Peoplet & Culture strategies across the cluster hotels in alignment with corporate guidelines.
Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes and ensure top talent acquisition.
Drive engagement and recognition initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
Develop and monitor training and development programs to support colleague growth.
Ensure compliance with labor laws Accor policies and local regulations.
Manage performance evaluation cycles and support departmental coaching and feedback.
Support leadership development and succession planning.
Lead communication and internal branding initiatives that enhance colleague experience.
Collaborate with property leaders on all HR-related matters and provide strategic guidance.
Act as a champion of diversity equity inclusion and mental well-being in the workplace.
Qualifications :
Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role within hospitality.
Cluster or multi-property HR experience preferred.
Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Comprehensive knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.
Experience in leading organizational change and employee engagement programs.
Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Diploma or Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field. Masters degree is a plus.
