The Finance and Payroll Reporting Analyst plays a vital role in ensuring accurate financial reconciliations journal postings payroll accruals and reporting across multiple entities and cost centers. Job Description:
Main Responsibilities
Prepare and post adhoc journals and payroll journal entries for various UK entities
Perform Blackline reconciliations for both Key and Non-Key accounts including follow-up actions & clear aged open items within the timelines.
Ensure accuracy in Intercompany accounting transactions including staff cost mismatches and intercompany staff cost accruals.
Prepare and share payroll journal workings for UK markets collaborating closely with FP&A teams to support forecasting and budgeting.
Manage Travel & Expense (T&E) workings and accruals reporting.
Oversee headcount load and workings for UK Markets
Education & Skills:-
Strong knowledge of accounting principles journal entries and payroll processes.
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field; professional certifications (e.g. ACCA CPA) are a plus.
Strong knowledge of accounting standards payroll processing and journal entry management.
Proven experience with Blackline reconciliations or similar financial close software
Excellent in communication skills to manage team queries and coordinate across departments.
Ability to analyze complex financial data and ensure accuracy under tight deadlines.
Proficiency in Excel and financial planning/reporting tools (BPC FP&A systems).
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to issue resolution
